No, the CoC inspection is charged separately to any repair or replacement work that may be needed. Additional work will be quoted for prior to the commencement of any additional work.
We provide a 3 month warranty on workmanship.
Although an inspection has been carried out, because we are not working with new structures there is always a chance of something failing after the inspection.
All work will exclude painting, tiling, paving or any other service that does not fall under the scope of plumbing.
